All returns must be authorised by requesting a return at contact@koschlabel.com. Returns must be sent within 14 days of shipment receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with both the printed receipt and return form for a refund or exchange.  All exchanges dependent on existing stock.
